Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By subscribing to or using any BesiaBIM add-in or service, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly. The 14-day free trial requires a valid payment method; you will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before then. All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the Merchant of Record.
3. Licenses
Each active subscription entitles the purchasing team to the number of seats specified at checkout. Licenses are non-transferable and may not be shared across companies. We reserve the right to revoke a license for abuse or non-payment.
4. Custom add-ins
Custom add-in engagements are governed by the written proposal agreed at the start of each engagement. Scope, pricing, and delivery dates are fixed in that document. Change requests after delivery are handled through the in-portal request system.
5. Refunds
Cancel before the end of your trial and you pay nothing. After the trial, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for the current billing period, but you retain access until the period ends. Contact us if you have an exceptional circumstance.
6. Limitation of liability
BesiaBIM software is provided as-is. We are not liable for damages arising from use of our add-ins in your Revit models or projects. Test add-ins in a non-critical environment before deploying to production work.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
